Living can help you take control of nutrition,
weight and exercise habits. By taking an active
role in lowering your risk factors for heart
disease, diabetes and other life-affecting diseases, you make a choice

Caring for parents who are seniors can be
challenging especially if they fall, become ill
or suffer from Alzheimer’s disease. The Center
for Healthy Living understands. Our programs
provide supportive services - tools that help
make your life a little easier.
